Cozy base for exploring Lucerne. Low-budget hotel with extremely friendly staff with a smiling friendly receptionist. Good and incredible location to a covered wooden footbridge. Found in the shopping area not far from ferry terminal. Good sized room and contemporary decor.

We loved the central location. Close walking distance to all the sites..The room was beautiful clean and bathroom wonderful. Despite city center location the room was very very quiet .. We had a wonderul sleep.. Front desk staff were friendly helpful and engaging .. Would stay again for sure . We loved it

The location was unbeatable-just steps from the train station 🚉 The breakfast had fresh croissants and the super nice team. Just wish the room had a bit more light. Otherwise, a great stay!

We are used to having fans, as it did get alittle warm through the night, we also set off the fire alarm through the steam of a hot shower, a fan would prevent this happening.
